Fiberglass flooring

Does anyone have experience with this type of floor? We are considering for our basement.

You mean the stuff that comes in rolls? (Tarkett Fiberfloor is one kind) I got some about 10 years ago and absolutely love it. Went to find more recently and was very disappointed to find that it's no longer available (!?).

Here are the pluses and minuses:
Plus: it is somewhat cushiony, tempers the cold of the floor, and is absolutely smooth (easy to clean).
Minus: It is not the most durable--it does get dings. But I've had mine in the kitchen for 10 years and it's in good shape.

Op here, I went to a tile store and they were pushing a new fiberglass plank system. They have he appearance of a wood floor. They described it as a more durable and better alternative to vinyl. It seems pretty expensive.
