moms who care about what others say to them yet pretend they don't.

I dont care and am not the one who cant spell but it is still annoying that it bothers moms about spelling.
Some ppl have English as a 2nd language, some are nursing while typing or have a baby napping in their arms are simply are in a rush and dont care - what is the big deal??

annoying mom - a mom who is supposed to be a friend but since she is a wife of a high maintenance man and spoiled kids -- is now only a "friend" if convenient.

I have to agree about the spelling/grammar police, especially if the poor speller is posting with an earnest question or concern. It really gets to me. Are only highly-educated moms welcome to post? The corrections often seem mean-spirited.

PP, I know!! And I am highly educated but I simply do not spell check all the time...who has the time for that?

Maybe she knows or senses what you think of her husband and kids and has pulled away for you for that reason? Why do think her children are spoiled? In what way? Sounds like neither of you are being a good friend to the other. Call her up, see what happens---life is very complicated--sometimes you have to make a lot of first moves.

Moms who keep counting to three when their kid is so obviously out of control and needs a break, but the mom DOES NOTHING after three. Over and over and over....

I always feel bad for the kid (not to mention anyone having to witness this mess).

No she doesn't sense it but you are right, sometimes life is complicated. Her husband isn't a nice guy, and she will admit that, but her kids are probably not more spoiled than mine....

I guess when you give more it gets old after a while. Much like dating, female relationships have to be equal. They ebb and flow - that I will admit; but they do need to average out...sometimes you have to move on from friendships. and, that's ok.

Grammer Policewoman, please stop! Do you know what the inverse relationship of a quadratic function is? What is GDP as a percentage of Disposable Income? Some of us are not english majors. also, please note, that by 2020, English will not be the first language of 1/3 of the United States population. Tolerance is a virtue. Intolerance is not very American. Did you hear our new Secretary of Commerce, 50% of his speech was in Spanish. How's your spanish?

Moms who say and repeat that drinking wine and other alcoholic beverage during pregnany is OK.
Moms replying aggresively to moms who never drink wine or beer during pregnancy.
