New school start times survey

I watched part of the discussion at the School Board meeting. What a waste! All of them grandstanding on the need to change bus schedules--but we cannot.

They knew they weren't going to change them. We knew they weren't going to change them. However, it seems to me that they spent at least an hour bemoaning this fact.
