But seriously, even if that is true, it doesn't mean she agrees, right? And she is the one elected, not her husband. Sadly, a lot of people found out they had some serious disagreements with their spouses when Trump got elected. I feel fortunate that didn't happen in our house, but we both have siblings who are MAGA people, which I never, ever would have guessed was possible. Is that disqualifying? I bet all of us know some MAGA people and consider them friends. And for her, what do you want her to do? Get a divorce and break up her family? I'm honestly asking.
I think some of you are being kind of crazy about this. I don't know if she is married to a MAGA person, but if I accept that it's true (which I am willing to do, it does sound like it's the case, but I have not met the man nor read his tweets), that still doesn't affect my thoughts about her because I don't think a person can be or should be held responsible for everything their spouse does.
Do you really think that's a reasonable standard?
