Decorator for Nursery and Master Bedroom

Hi all - My husband and I are expecting in March and we'd like some help updating our master bedroom and second bedroom for the baby's arrival. We live in a condo in NW DC. We'll have a modest budget (~$5000). Does anyone have recommendations? We'd greatly appreciate it!
