Seeking career questers or changers

Anonymous
I write about workplace and career topics (for the Washington Post and a few magazines too) and I'm trying to interview a few working moms who are deciding what their next career move will be. Maybe you're considering a career change. Maybe you want to take a couple years off. Maybe you want to get your career back on track. How do you keep your career advancing despite the recession looming? I'd like to talk to you - and find out how you make these decisions, and who you consult with.

I'm a working mom myself and faced these questions of slow the career or speed it up several times - so I'll be fair and kind.

Drop me an email at Vickie.Elmer@gmail.com if you're willing to be interviewed. Please include a few details about your job, your situation and a good way to contact you.

And good luck with the career questions.

Why just working moms? What about working dads?

Will you change names in the article? Obviously, someone who is looking for change may not want their office to know about it!
