Suggestions for 20th anniversary meal

Mid week dining, around 7:00 ish
Not to far from NOVA, Georgetown is about as far as we are able to go due to sitters and kids.
Something special but not overly priced (maybe mid $200s before drinks)
We like basically everything. Our favorite family restaurants are the Great American chain, Mikes, Sweet Water, Carlyle, etc, so maybe a more upscale version of that type of food. Steak and seafood type places are good as well as Italian.
