who to call to look at an air handler?

We have an ac outside and an air handler in the attic. 80 degrees outside and 80 degrees inside. Not getting much air in the house but what little that comes out is cold, and so think we might need someone to look at our (very old) air handler rather than our ac. Who do I call for this?

You would call an HVAC repairman. It stands for heating, ventilation, air conditioning.
