I need something to kick my lazy self into gear. And motivate me from the inside out.
Both seem effective. Both are expensive. Anyone have any experiences or successes or failures they can share? Not excited about the $$, but feel like it's an investment in myself and my health, and will get me on the right track. I'm 50, not overweight, but tired, stressed and out of shape. Don't drink much and don't smoke. |
| i can't speak to Cross Fit, but Solidcore is a very challenging workout. I don't think I'd jump from the couch to the megaformer unless it was in a private session. |
