Multiple pregnant women were not killed in Modesto. That’s just nonsense. There was one other pregnant woman whose headless body washed up in the San Francisco Bay at around the same time as Laci. Her name was Evelyn Hernandez and she lived in San Francisco. The other alleged women named by Scott Peterson’s defenders were not pregnant, were not from Northern California and were not anywhere close to Laci’s age. Yes, women go missing in California, but there was only one who matched Laci’s age and was pregnant: Evelyn Hernandez, a single mother and an immigrant from El Salvador, who was pregnant by a married man. Scott didn’t tell his mistress “he won’t be with Laci for Christmas.” He told Amber Frey his wife was dead and that it would be his first Christmas without her. And lo and behold it was! He even called Amber from a vigil for Laci while claiming to be in Paris for New Years’. Amber was the one who contacted the police because she was so disturbed by his behavior when she found out that his wife was missing. Clearly, she is a lot, lot smarter than you are. I pity the people who have to deal with you on the day to day basis. They must be incredibly patient. And yes, OJ for it. He even wrote a book about it. |
Also, OJ was in his limo by 10:30 /10:40 to make the 11pm flight but Nicole’s phone records which were sealed for some reason may reveal Nicole was still on the phone at 11pm.
That means the deaths happened much later but 10:15 was used because it fit the timeline of OJs flight . This makes more sense bedause the dog didn’t start waking the neighbors till later and witnesses reported hearing voices of multiple men shouting around midnight |
Do your research. The baby was full term. Connor wasn’t 7 months premature. He was full term. Laci also came across a house being burglarised on her walk that day. She was likely kidnapped for months and gave birth , then was killed with the baby. The bodies weren’t discovered till 4 months later. Toni Clark, Evelyn Hernandez, Guadeloupe Castro, Jeanette Gomez Espeleta, Angelina Evans, are the missing/dead pregnant women |
Sweetheart, rest assured the defense was able to subpoena Nicole’s phone records and if they had shown that they would have been introduced as evidence. |
This cuckoo pants OJ/Peterson supporter is some MRA or something. OJ was a wife beater and he killed her and an innocent bystander. Scott Peterson killed his pregnant wife and their son in utero. The aliens didn’t do it. It wasn’t a cartel or some serial killers or blah blah blah. In each case it was the sh*** terrible man who supposedly loved them. |
Exactly. The “alternative facts” crowd should be ashamed of themselves, and are on the wrong side of history. |
They tried and tried but Judge Ito sealed Nicole’s phone records and said they were irrelevant. It was so unfair to use 911 calls from two incidents from 1989 and 1993, but not the phone records on that actual night. I don’t think Ron’s phone records were ever looked at either nor was his apartment |
How is it cuckoo pants that crooked /lazy detective work goes on and lots of innocent people white and black especially male are framed by cops and in jail for things they didn’t actually do? Cops usually lie about the time of death too. Do you know who a coroners office is connected to? Cops and prosecutors . The system is very prone to mistakes because everyone’s in bed with each other so to speak. Again, Why are Nicole’s phone records sealed? OJ even tried to ask the Brown family for their phone records and filed a court request for Nicole’s in 2000, but they refused . He keeps saying Nicole spoke to her mother at 11pm about the missing glasses. He heard Nicole’s dad say this at the funeral. The judges of course kept denying this and the Browns also didn’t give up their phone records to OJ. https://archive.seattletimes.com/archive/?date=20000226&slug=4006917 |
In the case of Scott Peterson, he was a huge media distraction from the Iraq War. The entire winter 2002/spring 2003 lead up to that war was consumed with Scott Peterson hysteria. |
A&E has an objective and fair series on the Scott Peterson case.

I have done my research: 1) Toni Clark: was a high school senior in San Francisco. She was 6 weeks pregnant when her car was hit by another car and her body flew into the San Fransisco Bay as a result of the accident. Unfortunately, her body was never found. The other driver, the one who hit her car from behind, was tried for vehicular homicide, but got off because the body was missing. Were you per chance on that jury? 2) Guadeloupe Castro: was from Washington State, hundreds of miles from Modesto. She and her three year old daughter, went missing after meeting up with her estranged husband, Gregorio. Magically, Gregorio went missing shortly afterwards. Police believe he fled after killing them. 3) Jeanette Gomez Espeleta: Yes, she was pregnant, but her ex boyfriend, the father of the child, confessed to the murder, took the police to where he disposed of the body (in the ocean). Her body was never recovered, but he’s in jail for her murder. And the case is closed. In addition to the confession, she was from Fullerton, CA (outside the Los Angeles area) and many miles from Modesto (a five hour drive away). 4) Angelina Evans: disappeared in May 2001, several years before Laci. She was from the Charley Project in Sacramento, a high school dropout who had five children and hung around a “rough crowd” according to her loved ones. She was pregnant when she got into a pickup truck painted with black primer to never be seen again. At the time of her disappearance she was on welfare, lived in a motel and police say she worked as a prostitute. The only thing she has in common with Laci is that she was White and pregnant and went missing. Angelina looked significantly different than Laci, much taller (5’10”), and blonde. She continues to be missing. For people with half a brain, it’s easy to see that these other “missing pregnant women” were killed by the abusive men in their lives. In the case of Angelina, probably a john. Also, they are not statistically significant. Sadly, I’ll bet that if you researched pregnant women who went missing in California between the years of 1970 and 1975, you’d be able to dredge up 10 cases, too. Laci’s baby was 33 weeks when she disappeared. The forensic anthropologist who examined the body stated that Connor’s was 33 weeks. The coroner believed that he was full term. The fetal medicine expert, Dr. Gregory DeVore, testified that Connor was about 33 weeks old. At trial, DeVore explained that the coroner (and the anthropologist) had used averages to estimate the baby’s age. Connor’s exact age was inconclusive, but hardly the signal to Scott’s innocence that you and his other defenders claim it is. PP, you’ve gone down a rabbit hole. I suppose it makes you feel good about yourself to think that you are an advocate for the innocently accused, but really you are having difficulty understanding forensic psychology and circumstantial evidence. Worry about your state of mind, not Scott Peterson and OJ. |
Ugh, Scott Peterson is worse than OJ. With OJ, he was a narcissistic abuser who was enraged that his object (Nicole) had decided to move on. He simply lost it when he saw her with Goldman, but I don’t think his actions were premeditated. He wouldn’t have been so incredibly sloppy (hello, Bruno Magli) if they were. Scott, however, made anchors to keep Laci’s body down. He told Amber he was a widower about to face his first Christmas alone. He told Laci’s family she was missing when he got back from the “fishing” trip, rather than just asking if she might be with them on Christmas Eve (because he knew exactly where she was.) He totally planned Laci’s (and Connor’s) murders well in advance. How anyone can defend him is beyond me. You start to be evil, too, when you stand behind a man as wicked as he is. |
Great point. I forgot about this. The evidence was overwhelming. All the experts think Oj did it which is why they closed the case after trial |
Furman also said after the case in many interviews, he didn’t plant a thing. I believe him here |
