Kim is not stupid, you don't build an empire on nothing and get your family members rich, too, from stupid. Maybe, like someone else said earlier, she's planning for the second half of her life because she realizes even with plastic surgery, she can't keep up the "I'm a Barbie girl" thing too much longer.

Good for Kim. Her husband did a similar thing, working as an apprentice at European fashion houses and learning French. More people should approach lifelong learning with such zeal.

What exactly does her father being an attorney have to do with her ability to become one? He died when she was in her 20’s and hadn’t practiced law in years with the exception of OJ’s trial. LOL. I wish more law schools would drill that into lawyer's heads. When I see a REALLY brainy lawyer (like the guys who were #1 at my Ivy) I just kind of think: "what a shame they didn't become engineers or doctors with that brain power."

Right, because the law and lawyers have never contributed anything to society. All smart people should be either doctors or engineers!

yes, you can "read" for the bar in some states. But the California Bar exam is a toughie. If she passes, more power to her.

She doesn't even have a bachelor's degree. Surprised they let you be a lawyer without that.
