I admit, I watch it (can't turn away, like a horrible car crash) mainly to see how awful Carlton is. She makes me ill. Carny poster here...also OP. I think anyone willing to prostitute their personal lives for fame and money are bound to live unhappy lives. Even if it is fun to watch
I read somewhere just recently that something like 6 or 7 of the Real Housewives (across the whole franchise) have gotten divorced since being on the show.

Lets not even mention the embarrassment they are causing their kids and extended family.

I think she was making the leap that living in South Africa and seeing the way people were treated differently based on skin color, that she would never treat anyone differently due to skin color / religion / etc.
