Which "celebrities" have you met who look great/awful in person?

Katie Couric- cute, looks the same as on tv
Gwenyth Paltrow- not very attractive, more lines on her face and wrinkles than you see in photographs

I saw Andrea Mitchell one time without (presumably) make-up on (or, at least, without her TV make-up on) b/c it was at the Race for a Cure, and her skin was all pock-marked, like the aftermath of teenage acne. I feel sorry for people who have that! But her TV make-up must cover it extremely well b/c I never would have thought that about her otherwise!

Met Eliza Dushku at a weho party once.....messy drunk and trying to get a lighter out of her purse which she was failing at and then asking random people for a light.

Even in that wreck of a state she was gorgeous.

Surprised she drove a little red C-class benz though.

Saw Redford in Santa Fe at a restaurant and you are right about being short. He looked like he was 5' 4" but he looked exactly like he does in movies.

The other one who was incredibly short was Yul Brynner who I saw on stage in "The King and I". He actually stood on a raised platform in some scenes to give him an impression of authority and make him look taller.

in HD you can tell even with her heavily caked face that she has 'coffee cake' face.

Julie Bowen is another celeb that is super tiny in person. I really didn't know that it was possible to be so thin. She is funny and well-spoken though and looks much like she does on TV.

Minniw Driver- naturally pretty in real life.

Hank Azria- was an asshole.

Alton Brown- looks like he does on TV and super sweet!

Art Brown- celebrity chef love him!

She verges on looking emaciated or like Kelly Ripa to me. And the TV adds weight so I can only imagine how unhealthy she looks in real life.
