learn to hold your liquor.

if you know you tend to get stupid after a few drinks you should have cut off after your limit.

you have to know yourself and what you are capable of. just because everyone acting bat shit, dont think that gives you the opening to let loose just the same. enjoy your drinks but still try to stand above the rest and not get stupid with it.

its too late in your case but hopefully its lesson learned for you

When I worked at a large law firm, they had "booze cruises" on a regular basis for the summer associates. We were expected to go on these things and were encouraged to drink a lot. They really wanted to see how you handled your liquor. One guy got so stinkin' drunk, as we pulled into the dock at the end of the night, there he was making out with the managing partners wife. Now THAT is what you don't want to do. The rest of this stuff? Who cares.

Now THAT is a good story!

I'm in the camp of 'who cares'. And, yeah, why would you go to Vegas if you're not going to have any fun?

So I got drunk at a party with coworkers and but it was not a work party. Talked shit about one of the girls. Mass shit and tried to hit on someone who has a kid you think someone would bring it up to HR...since it wasn't an actual work party or am I just gonna get a lot of shit? And people are gonna think of me as the drunk bitch?
