"Larla" as girl's name

Unprecedented - consensus on DCUM.

It's really bad.

I must be in the minority there. I love it! If you don't use it, I will.

What a coincidence. I actually made up some names myself the other night while sleeping. For my hypothetical next baby. Here they are:

Blogge
Strooper
Cartoni
Lurke (too much like larla? I don't want to copy)

What do you all think?

Ok....but Pharten, or better yet, Phartyn, would be more unique.

Another vote for Phartyn. If a girl, Phartyne.

Why not Lurque?

Larla has that same gross mouthfeel as "vulva".

Now that I wrote it, it sounds really disgusting. But you know what I mean.

Oooh, I love that - not the OP - but that is great. If I ever have a girl, I might reconsider my first choice name for that!

me too. and i'm also usually really nice about names. love unique ones, as a matter of fact, but this one just isn't pretty. sorry. but hey, it's your kid, but you asked.

Farten's mom here. Glad you all liked my names! Feel free to use Phartyne, Lurque, or all of those other variations because in the time between my first post and now I've given birth and we actually went with Farten (girl). She's as beautiful as her name.
