Shown to you the buyer? Normally it’s not shown to anyone but just shared verbally with the agent.

This is super sketchy, and if it's normal, it's only because colluding agents don't care about what the actual text of the escalation addendum says.

Agents don't care to see the escalation since they're both making more commission on the sale. Thus no one ever asks to see it.
