40% but that's down from 47% so progress.

A calculator online says 19.5 (based on measurements), I have my first Dexascan in March. I am 51, female, 5'2" and 103 pounds.

I don't know how accurate it is but my adult son who is really into fitness eyeballed me and said roughly the same thing so I think it is at least in the ballpark.

This is interesting but it’s pretty off for me. My DEXA scans says 31% and this calculator says 20.4%. I’m skinny fat and have that calculators are inaccurate.
