Applied to: University of Miami (received $22K scholarship, but still too expensive) VT JMU (honors college) William & Mary (waitlist-didn’t accept spot) UVA-waitlisted (this was 1st and only time they waitlisted EA applicants) offered Wise too Rollins NC State (honors college) Duke (rejected) Vanderbilt (rejected) Clemson USD (San Diego) $22K-too $$ It was between JMU, VT & UOfSC-originally waitlisted in honors college, but once she got in and was offered in state tuition that sealed the deal. She’s in their business school doing International Business. She’s had amazing opportunities and made so many friends. The coursework is a lot more challenging than she expected and does complain about how smart and motivated everyone is. Haha!! |
