Sorry, but based on OP’s description, I don’t think SAES is a good fit. Came here to suggest McLean (in Potomac). Good friends there who have been very happy and kid sounds very similar to yours. I don’t know the ins and outs of sports requirements, but most privates require some sports (although that doesn’t mean those sports are super competitive).
