+1. They just posted the open Einstein AP position a few days ago, which they wouldn't have done if they were transferring someone there.

Maybe they were sliding him in as there was an opening or the moved the other vp to create an opening and admin did not want him.

I don't know what the conflict was in this case, but at the school where I used to teach, the District overlooked the fact that the principal's boss (an Assistant Superintendent) was also his ex-wife's new husband.

So our school was the only one in the whole cluster where the principal reported to a different Asst Sup.

In most workplace, this sort of defamation would have resulted in terminations, but not in this school system. The fact that multiple CO staff assisted Mooney in manufacturing quotes from the teacher should have meant that several high-ranking administrators should have been held accountable as well.

All of this could have been addressed in a much different way if Mooney knew what he was doing. You have the teacher meet with students who are upset and feel disrespected, with an able school administrator present. You work through the tough issues face-to-face. The principal meets with concerned parents and talks about the processes for ensuring that their students feel welcome and respected in that classroom.

Instead, this blows up with a school-wide communication with incendiary and manufactured quotes that were manufactured by a lot of highly placed people who still have their jobs.

Could the following link provide explanation as to why he was sent to Blake instead of Einstein? If website is updated

Did they find it better to separate Mooney and Moran? A thread a few months ago mentioned a safety meeting held at BCC this past Spring and in that thread, posters said Mooney and teachers were allegedly told not to attend the safety meeting, but later people said Mooney was actually unavailable evening of meeting (he may not have wanted to deal with the community again, not the first community meeting with 100+ people in attendance under Mooney).
