Where is the plane now?

It’s an army Blackhawk helicopter that appears to have originated near Langley VA (CIA HQ). Strong odds there were some VIPs on that helicopter.

I’m scheduled to fly into DCA tomorrow morning. I’ve got cold feet. This is tragic.

CNN says likely military flying to joint base anacostia Bollijg which is right there. That whole area is kind of a disaster with air traffic. The path to the base crosses across the runway approach path. “ Somebody was off course” says cnn exeprt

Do helicopters have TCAS? I saw the video and am baffled about how the helicopter just flies right into the plane. Not optimistic of survivors given that mid-air collisions are generally very bad news for everyone involved, and it's the Potomac at night in January. But I guess we can hope.
