Call the brat’s parents. File a restraining order. Go outside the school for help. |
Skip the union; they won’t help you because they are 100% behind the school policy of Division, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), which is why the kid received virtually no consequences for threats of school violence. |

Call local media. Seriously: take this to the press.
Document EVERYTHING. |
YES: bring in the police, but NO! - to involving admins. The administration will ONLY threaten YOU. They need to be excluded here. Call the police first. Pursue the restraining order against the child. |
Teachers need to: - go directly to the police and obtain restraining orders, and: - tell the local press exactly what happened. Appear on camera. Make a PUBLIC record. Your school officials are working against you, not with or for you. |
Teachers:
- violent students threatening to harm you = the “i” in DEI. Now you know. |
Has anyone ever considered the retaliation for opening up your blabber mouths that's so popular against teachers who have concerned. Many have to find out the hard way. So sad. |
I would do this too. At this point it’s obvious that the media is the only way that anything will actually change. |
OP, any updates? |
