Trump has already said he would jail them. Since Biden has presidential immunity, he should get them all locked up and throw away the key, right?

She could not distinguish between how her presidency would differ from Biden’s (about the 4th or 5th time she has been asked that question); she fumbled the answer about the border wall; she could not answer the question Anderson asked her about raising taxes; and she said she has to study issues that she should already have positions on from her time as AG, Senator and VP.
