DC17 -- Pancit (Filipino) DC15 -- Tacos Me -- Ham Steak, Mac'n'Cheese, Fresh Green Beans For all those who mentioned Spaghetti and Meatballs, that's a go-to at our house as well, especially what we call "Magic Meatballs" (from ATK.....where you bake it all in the same pan, no pre-cooking of the noddles or browning of the meatballs). It's truly a one-dish wonder. |

When I used to make it, thanksgiving and Christmas dinners, everything from scratch, from the cornbread croutons in the stuffing, the cranberry jelly and gravy were homemade, creamed spinach, mashed sweet potatoes and parkerhouse rolls. Now I just don’t have it in me. |

One kid and I are adventurous eaters and love trying new things. My husband and another child won't try anything new and will eat a bowl of cereal on nights when I experiment.
