What are some things that others think are desirable that you actively do not want?

Don't want a luxury car where I have to pay for premium gas. Premium gas at one point was only about 10 cents more than regular gas. Now it's like $1 more .....

Urban living. Too many people, so much noise, crime, litter, filth, etc. No thanks. Nice to visit once in awhile but that's about it.

What a great word! Had to look it up, but I will be using it - it describes so many things (especially in this area).

Anything "bucket list" - having to go to the latest places, do the latest things.

Ex: Cartier watches, anything that says "my husband cheated on me and this is what I got".

Also, DH loves his Tesla, but I think they are douchey. He knows how I feel.

I honestly don't care for luxury anything in terms of "stuff" or material things. I'd rather have a nice experience or trip.

Sorry but kids are nothing like these other items. They are actually the opposite.

Sorry but I don't think you understand the question. Kids are something many people want/desire, but are not something I desire/want any more than I desire a porche.

Teslas are actually practical.

Luxury cars. I have the highest trim of a Honda Pilot, and it's all I could ever ask for. Mercedes, BMW, etc...ugh no.

1. Large house - I prefer a small, manageable, but very comfortable home. I've raised two kids in a small, but expensive, space.
2. Large cars - I prefer driving small cars.
3. Tropical vacations - I like colder places with mountains.

Kids are the ultimate experience, not a “luxury item”. Strange that the pp lumped them together.

An engagement ring and a wedding. I've told my SO that he is NOT to get me an engagement ring and that if he does, it means he doesn't know me and we need to go our separate ways.

I don’t think that word means what you think it means.

It was a list of things, in response to OP's question. You somehow seem personally offended. That's weird.
