I have a confession. I have a love-hate relationship with women like Allie Michler. On one hand, I aspire to the basic, preppy aesthetic and all that the look signifies. Comfort, wealth, good childhood, resources, safety, health, fitness, parents that love you etc. on the other hand, I am super jealous that men seem to LOVE women like Allie. They all are hotly pursued and get a ring on their finger and a baby all in over a year!
Will seems smitten with her meanwhile Drew is still mourning their marriage. Women like Allie trigger me. |
I think Drew left him, right? You are projecting A LOT based upon the insta image that is projected. |
Also, there is zero chance of go to her insta or know who she is without this thread. Weird! |
Interesting, because the people I know like this mostly didn’t have good childhoods or parents who were supportive, responsive, or kind. (I won’t say their parents didn’t love them, because they probably did, in their way, but they weren’t good parents). You are projecting so much into these photos. |
![]() ![]() ![]() She’s very pretty! |
It’s so transparent that this whole post and OP’s post are meant to drive traffic to her insta or whatever else she’s trying to market. I refuse to go there. They think DCUM is the “perfect demographic.” Rich suburban housewives. What they don’t get is that this isn’t Greenwich. (I know, I used to live in Fairfield County). Very few people here are into that boring, unoriginal aesthetic. Maybe a few strivers, like those that follow Mormon housewives or that other woman (from Vienna, VA lol) that someone posted a couple of months ago. Don’t support this extremely basic woman. |
Eye of the beholder and all. I don't get pretty from those pictures. |
Yes! And Jill is still besties with Drew. In the family pistures, Jill doesn't look very close to Allie |
She wasn't a well-known fashionista. She married into a well-known family. Her own style is safe/boring/basic. Her marriage gave her a lot of access to Channel pieces |
