2014 isn't in ecnl. They haven't even startee.

ECNL-RL is finalized through regular tryouts.

Arlington 2014B Pre ECNL parent here. I don't think anything is set for the team next year. I'd reach out to the club and they'll invite your son to a practice for what is a functional tryout. Good luck.
