As of a year ago when I searched and moved, no. Closest were just under 1 mil and were tear-downs or were needing hefty amounts of work. And even those were bid up to well over a million.

Is MCPS not providing transportation at all for this program, or are the pickup points limited? Is MCPS offering a different transportation service than they do for other magnet programs?

None at all for the county (those zoned for Whitman can obviously use their own busing if they opt into their program).
