Please suggest flip flops with a LOT of arch support

Vionic have been good as well. I wear a lot of running shoes which can also be problematic (so far, Reebok have been the best). In the winter, I use orthotic inserts.

This year, I decided to look for a pair of heels with arch support and will be trying on a pair of E’MAR shoes. Will report back. Sarah Flint also allegedly makes good ones.

I’ve tried oofos and they made my plantar fasciitis much worse. Many other brands do too (keens, chacos, clarks, etc.).

What about you?

I don't have a lot of great suggestions for you; I wear Birk Gizehs all the time (I live in a warmer climate). I also have large feet that challenge as well.
I have some Aerosoles that are okay.

We really are foot twins. I’m on vacation this week and have brought two pairs of Gizehs (one casual and one “dressy” for going to dinner—lol) plus a pair of running shoes.

Will look at Aerosoles!

I like Born but they need seem to be big enough-- but maybe they would be for you?

By wearing these Vionic flip flops and Hoka Bondi sneakers I’ve been able to overcome my debilitating heel pain.

I’ve been wearing Vionic Tide ll flip flops, as well as the High Tide (more of a platform, so your heel sits higher) version to help with plantar fasciitis. I wear the Tide ll in the house at all times and the High Tide when I leave the house.

I also have Hoka Bondi sneakers. Wearing these shoes at all times for the past month has made a noticeable improvement with my plantar fasciitis.

+100 definitely the Clark's! They are the best. Once I discovered these, I threw away all the other pairs of flip-flops that I owned.
