The incompetence is extreme. Last thing I ever order from this group of companies. (It was actually from Williams Sonoma). |
| I bought a marble top table for $1000 on May 30, 2022. Original delivery range was July 23-Aug 6 2022. Didn’t arrive until January 2023. Five months late. 8 months from purchase until delivery. Compensation was only $100. Ridiculous. |

I ordered a duvet and pillow shams. Duvet was to arrive early Feb with some of the pillow shams arriving in March. I can't remember exactly when they arrived but I had everything by the beginning of Feb, could have been MLK but I can't remember. |
| I ordered 2 couches, 2 bed framed, and a table on 10/2021. Took delivery about 7 months later. Ordered a dresser and nightstands on 8/2022. Nightstands were delivered in about 4 weeks. PB delivered wrong dresser on 12/2022. PB customer service put in a new order for the same dresser the next day. I'm still waiting and estimated delivery date keeps getting pushed out. |
| Ordered a rug on 2/13; still don't have it as of 4/13 and told them I want to cancel. Store *supposedy manager* told me I couldn't cancel because it was already in the warehouse! I called customer service and they said they can stop delivery. I was charged on 2/13 for rug, rug pad and delivery and I'm still waiting for a refund. Will never order from them again unless I can take it from the store! |

| We’ve had good luck locally with Belfort Furniture. Nice pieces, no delivery issues. They have several huge showrooms out toward Dulles airport. |

I seems criminal to me that a mega store like PB can charge 100% at the time of order. Even the tiny 3rd party sellers at Amazon don’t charge until the purchase is shipped. |
Just tell them if they don’t refund you today, you’ll call your bank and charge it back. I’ll bet they will process your refund immediately. If not, follow through with the bank. |

| Just wanted to post an update. I ordered furniture from PB Teen in late February with a stated delivery timeframe of first three weeks of June, and we received the item just before Memorial Day weekend. What's strange is there were really no updates along the way about timing - just got an email and call out of the blue that it was ready for delivery and then scheduled the delivery for two days later. |
