Special Needs Nanny full or part time

We have a wonderful little boy who just turned three years old and is diagnosed with high functioning autism. We would like to find a nanny who is energetic and creative to keep our son active and engaged, and who is also dependable and responsible, a good driver who is prepared to drive short distances, speak English very well, and legally be able to work. It would be great if the person had a background in child development, psychology, or teaching. I have tried finding someone at local universities, but most capable students already have positions for this semester. I have had difficulty finding anyone qualified, capable, and available.

We are most interested in finding coverage for Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 1:30 until 5:30, and Wednesdays from 11:30 until 5:30. We are willing to negotiate the hours for a full time or part time position, or alternatively to consider two qualified people to split up the week. We will provide very generous compensation.
