
This is embarrassing...please don't laugh at me! I am not a cook at ALL. I usually make a baked parmesan chicken recipe with chicken breasts but I bought tenderloins instead this time. How long and at what temperature should they be baked? All estimates greatly appreciated (I--of course--don't own a meat thermometer so internal temp. won't help). Thanks! |
Are you following a recipe? Maybe at 350 for 35-40 minutes but that may be too long for tenderloins. I think 400 would dry them out. |
