You’re really bad at interpreting song meanings. |
Or said that, probably because she makes money on it. |
Well good, the golden girls of DCUM have spoken. |
Which part |
You know I have never really put much thought behind her lyrics lol. |
Any objective person would agree that Beyoncé has some songs with crass/trashy lyrics. That’s a fact.
If a performer wants to carry themselves in an overtly sexual and crass way, that’s their prerogative. But that doesn’t mean others can’t judge them based on their body of work and how they carry themselves. As a woman, I think a lot of women performers do a disservice to themselves and our gender. They certainly aren’t role models. Some people solely use fame and fortune as a metric for role models, and that’s weird imho. What about intellect? Character? |
She looks so unhappy now. It's like the light has disappeared from her eyes. I think their relationship should have ended years ago. I fear their brand is too big at this point |
She seems medicated. And she doesn’t really do interviews. |

WW pretty much captures it in this clip about Beyoncé and her documentary. |
is that why she never does interviews? |
Yes. |
Interesting. Come to think of it, I dont really know what her personality is like. She's one of those larger then life figures. |
ugh the part she said she raised him and her kids. rolling eyes forever. |
The other black girls in the song sang better. Miley also sounded better on 2 Most Wanted. It’s the same thing in Destiny’s Child and when Jennifer Hudson out sang her and won the Oscar . Kelly Rowland was a far better singer and dancer than Beyonce and is naturally in shape (without lipo!) But her mic was lowered at the Superbowl. Beyoncé was a product of a greedy stage mom and dad and passing the brown paper bag test. Elder black people know what I mean by paper bag test and colorism. |
Lol this last line - love it. |
