Rockville Pike?
I tried Greenfront last weekend. No luck. I haven't been able tonfind something online that I like where I get a good sense of quality - rugsusa, Overstock. Haven't found anything online at West Elm, C&B, Pottery Barn, Ethan Allen. Figured I'd try brick and mortar. Budget 300-900. |

Your budget for a quality rug at that large size is pretty low, but you may have some luck at the upper end.
West Elm has several in your price range. Did you not like any of them after seeing samples in person? Try Home Goods. They hang what they have up in the stores. |
Thank you, all! I didn't see anything that fit from West Elm, but will check again. I hadn't thought about Home Goods. Yes, my budget is low... I bought a really nice rig for the space three years ago but now I think it's too small so I can't go expensive again. Should have gotten an interior decorator to help me. Learned my lesson! |
You could also try a carpet warehouse and have a remnant cut to size and bound. We did that at Alexandria Carpet One several years ago. |
Homegoods. We got a nice rug that size for $400 there. |
Got one today at Gtown Carpet -- remnant for 300! |
Room and Board clearance (online). They have some 8x10 100% wool rugs for $800 that are probably pretty decent quality. |
Costco. They love brown and variations thereof. |
Have you tried rugs-direct.com? I've gotten a couple from there over the years and have been very happy with them. |
Overstock? They have like a million rugs! No exaggeration... |
