What can I do with a beef roast and baby potatoes other than pot roast or stew?

Roast the beef whole, and roast the potatoes with some olive oil and rosemary (or your other favorite herb).

There's a great roast recipe where you cover the roast with olive oil, salt and pepper, and then roast at 500 degrees for seven minutes per pound. Then you turn the oven off--do not open the door--and let it sit for a couple of hours. I forget the details, but google "500 degree roast" and you'll find it. Comes out perfect every time. (It's recommended for eye of round roast, which is a cheap and not-so-tender roast, but you could use it for other roasts).

You can't do any if those meat dishes with the cut she has, and do you really think you can do twice baked potatos with baby potatoes?

You just cut and pasted numerous beef and potato dishes without any consideration of the cut if meat or type of potato.
