I think that universally everyone can agree that they would rather look like/be married to Nancy than look like/be married to Trump. Nobody is doubting that Pelosi is more attractive than Trump. Even if you don’t think she’s a 10, nobody thinks she’s at his level.

Pelosi was commenting on health not appearance. Anyone who doesn’t get that (on either side) is the problem.
