To me, it doesn't matter. The lack of privacy and the questions on one of the surveys are inappropriate to be administered in the schools, in my opinion.

PP is challenging anyone who complains by saying it's not in the elementary survey. It doesn't matter. Parents should be REMNDED that they have the right to opt out.

Wonder if PP works in that department and fears losing a job. I've seen no information that indicates the survey is helpful.

I do get the impression that the pro survey person insulting so many posters must have some personal stake in these surveys.

I'm just tired of people pushing lies and misinformation. AND using our kids as pawns in their political games.

I have no patience for any of this BS.

Okay. Please tell us what use the surveys are. Please explain why FCPS needs this information.

To learn about the emotional well-being of our students so we can address an extremely prevalent mental health crisis.[/quote]

Likely based on encouraging confusion in idenity. Whatever happened to "self esteem" based on being proud of yourself. It amazes me that the LGBTQ community using "pride" as their theme--when they are encouraging people to change their identities.

I have yet to see a good explanation of why someone wants to change their gender (sex).
Whatever happened to boys can like "girl things" and vice versa? And, why do so many of these trans women wear only dresses when women fought so hard to wear pants? (Believe it or not, back in the day, teachers were not allowed to wear pants in many places..)
