My DD has a white dresser with 3 large drawers. Originally, each drawer had 1 pull in the middle, but I opted for 2 knobs on each drawer (thus no pull). I thought it would be easier for my DD to open and close. However, the drawers are large and even I find it a bit of a pain to put down whatever I'm holding and pull open the draw using both knobs. Would it look weird to put a third knob in the middle of each drawer? The dresser is similar to this one: http://i.c-b.co/is/image/Crate/Harbor5DrwrDresserS10 |
I'd say yes, it would look weird. But, that being said -- who really cares. If it will help you out, add the third knob. |
I don't think it matters if it help you out. You could also do long pulls if you're already going to add a knob, e.g.: http://www.homedepot.com/b/Tools-Hardware-Hardware-Cabinet-Furniture-Hardware-Cabinet-Pulls/Appliance-Pull/N-5yc1vZc29uZ1z0xru4 |
Sorry, meant to add that you could do two draw pull if they're long. |
That is a great idea. I hadn't thought about this option. Thanks! |
