| Seriously? Is this getting out of control? Why not just go to negative numbers?? |
| This is not news. They did it to appeal to the asian market. |
| I'm still a 14. |
+1 I thought this was commonly known. |
| They should be renamed J Screw With Your Body Image. |
| So that I can still be a 4!! |
What? Asians aren't fat. They do it so that regular and overweight women can wear sizes 2-8. |
|
Vanity sizing is out of control. loft size 4 pants were too big and this is the most i have weighed in my life!
|
Yes! |
Some were too skinny/small to wear the smallest Jcrew sizes, so they introduced more. Not because they bumped up all the other sizes. |
| My wedding dress was a size 6 in 1998. I wear a size 4 today in 2014. I weigh about 20 more pounds. Its definitely strange. |
| Old Navy is the worst. Their clothes are huge. |
| I don't know if JCrew has really changed all that much. I just pulled out some old pants from about 2005 and they're a size 6, which is about what I wear at JC now. |
Yep I used to not be able to wear many of their clothing items. I'm 5'3 and 107. Thin but definitely should be able to wear clothing from a mall store! |
I am normally a size 4, but my "fat pants" are Loft size 2. |
