Easy to transport dessert needed

Anonymous
I signed up to bring a dessert to the teacher appreciation lunch.

I am looking for suggestions on what to bake that my 7th grader can transport on the bus - thanks.

I make this fairly often and it is very popular. The original recipe calls for pecans but I omit them for my kids. Pick up a foil pan with plastic lid at the grocery store and it is very easy to transport.

School is a 30 minute drive each way. It's wasteful to drive over just to drop off a dessert.

You sound like a "lovely" person; I'm glad I don't know you in real life!
