Anyone use them before? How do you cook/serve them? What do they taste like? |
Not OP, but I am curious too. |
I've had them. Better than shirartaki noodles but still pretty hard to choke down, even when prepared nicely. I'm happier with spaghetti squash as a pasta substitute. But everything is worth trying once! |
Do you mean like seaweed salad? |
I couldn't get into them. Even after cooking them they seemed to retain a slight crunchiness. Like the PP, I prefer spaghetti squash. |
OP here, I tried them. No taste at all. None. Interesting. As pp said, they do have a bit of a crunch to them, but it's not so weird. FYI I made them with some veggies and pesto. Will take some time figuring out a good way to untangle and serve them, but they seem like a good spaghetti substitute and I'll likely try them again. |
Where do you get them? Now I have to give them a try. |
Whole foods, MOMs, and Roots all have them (in MoCo) |
