Cost of reupholstering Dining Room Chairs & recommendations

I found a dining chair I really liked and for an excellent price. However it doesn't come in the fabric I'm looking for. I'm wondering how much it would approximately cost to reupholster a dining room chair and recommendations on where to do it. Its one of those French oval back dining side chairs

I have used Teresa Condoy for a bench and two dining room chairs reupholstering. She did an absolutely beautiful job! The fabric was vintage Ralph Lauren, so I was pretty picky about who cut into it. Here is her contact info:
