I mean Charles has been very clear on wanting to streamline the monarchy for years. So Harry and MM would have gotten the boot eventually, likely once William is on the throne and his kids are older.

I suspect Charles would have provided for Harry to ensure he and his kids would be financially set for life regardless.

Harry is ditching the royals so he can amass an even bigger fortune with no questions asked. It’s a dick move; William is left to shoulder the duties and he won’t be able to build a celebrity fortune.

I hope Charles leaves the bulk of his estate to Will.

+1 It's pretty well known that Harry is not very bright and he only continues to reinforce this speculation with his actions as of late.

Charles will probably be King in ten years but all that money will be tied to the sovereign grant, used for upkeep of a broad array of relatives (Queens three other kids, their 6 or so grandkids, the great-grandkids and the cousins like the Gloucester’s) and expected to be passed down to further generations.

Her mother lived to 102 so 10 years is about right.

Harry has been ‘shouldering the burden’ since his early 20s with his military career, Invictus Foundation, and royal duties.

It’s time William stepped up and actually produced something. So if this is the kick in the pants he needed - by all means.

Prince Harry trails William with 108 engagements in the U.K. and 85 overseas.
