Creative uses of Muesli

I decided Muesli would be the perfect breakfast for my kids during the school year but they hate it. Any ideas or recipes for how to use what I have now? Cookies? Any tinkering advice is much appreciated.

granola bars?

This is a decent recipe, although can I recommend adding chocolate chips?

Use it as a coating for fish or chicken. You may need to put it in the food processor.

Two parts granola to one part greek yogurt mixed with a spoon of sugar or honey (to taste). Spread on a greased saucer and nuke for 1-2 minutes depending on your microwave. Instant cookie!

I mix 25g of Muesli with a single serving container of fromage blanc. Yummy!
