Kraft is evil

Those "flavored waters" that I liked to give my kids once in a while as a lunchbox treat because they were relatively low in sugar advertise as "no artificial colors or flavors" on the box and are marketed exclusively to kids. Turns out they have high fructose corn syrup AND sucralose, which is clearly an artificial flavor. So they completely lie on the box, and unless you look at the label you won't know that you're feeding your kids that crap. Yes, I realize I'm an idiot for not checking the label itself, but a lot of people will read "no artificial flavors" and leave it at that. They also use yellow food dye in their mac and cheese that's banned as a carcinogen in Europe, yet the product here is marketed to kids. Appalling. Vent over.

Seriously?

This is a surprise? You actually thought something that something labeled as flavored water would be natural?

I could be wrong, but I believe high fructose corn syrup and sucralose are considered 'natural' - which is why natural means absolutely nothing anymore. http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/wonkblog/wp/2014/06/24/the-word-natural-helps-sell-40-billion-worth-of-food-in-the-u-s-every-year-and-the-label-means-nothing/

Business owns the FDA, food labels, the EPA etc. Businesses lobby to play mind games with labels and win. Juice that is labeled 100% juice can have a certain amount of other ingredients. It's newspeak.

Well did you also know that the "Footlong" Subway sandwich was actually measured by someone and it was determined to be 3/4'?

Such is life...Life is a huge scam.

Is reality T.V. really true reality? Did you know that the exterior of the Jenner home in "Keeping up w/The Kardashian's" is not really their home? Did you know on HGTV's "House Hunter's" they actually are not looking at only three homes before they purchase one? That they already are in escrow?

Did you know that the WWE is scripted??! Did you know that models on magazine covers and advertisements are Photoshopped?

Now that IS what I call true reality.

You're better off giving your child 100% juice. If you want to do the flavored waters, you can give the Honest Kids drinks.

Several years ago I participated in a survey for Harris-Teeter, in which they asked about perceptions of their "natural" line versus perceptions of foods that were labeled "organic." I kept saying over and over that their are regulations for organic, and that natural is meaningless.

It always surprises me that other people don't realize how broad the marketing herm "natural" is.

I thought it would be water sweetened with a splash of juice. I already said I was an idiot to beat you to the punch. But the point is there are lots of idiots like me, with kids. The product is roarin' waters, by the way.

The bottom line is that Kraft doesn't give a f-k about our kids.

Neither does Nestle (owns Gerber) -or Kelloggs
These companies put profits before wellbeing

And they are spending MILLIONS trying to defeat GMO labelling. If you are going to use GMO's in your food- at least let consumers KNOW which foods have it so the consumer can make an educated decision.

They don't want that, because if it said GMO on the label, we might not buy it -- even though "science" says there is nothing wrong with it. So we are not allowed to choose for ourselves, because we might not make the choice they want us to make. Same with that gas they put into meat packages now so you can't see the discoloration that happens with aging -- hamburger meat that once would have looked greyish green is now perpetually red in the package, because if we saw that nauseating greyish-green color, we would be prejudiced against buying "otherwise perfectly fresh" meat. Amazing that they have the audacity to say this stuff out loud; imagine what they say behind closed doors.

Kraft is evil, I can't stop snacking on the Chipotle cream cheese that I had to buy because it was being discontinued at my store and was only 99 cents, it's kinda hot but tastes sooooooo good...

Duh!

not sugar, high fructose corn syrup and sucralose (artificial sweetener).
I'm not OP, but this Roaring water got me too - I expected just diluted juice, not water with artificial sweetener.
