Are you more fertile after a chemical pregnancy?

Is it true the month following a chemical pregancy you are more likely to conceive? Or is it an old wive's tale?

who knows? My neighbor, my friend and I all got pregnant following a chemical 3 months prior!!!

I doubt that it is true.

I don't know that I've seen any studies on it, but I do believe that it is slightly true. (It's also true after a miscarriage.) It's not a huge increase though.
