Can you recommend child psychiatrist/psychologist who is conservative with med?

Seeking a psychologist/psychiatrist for 5 yo, who will try alternative methods before prescribing meds (like behavioral therapies) One who is not against meds, but will only prescribe if other methods have first failed. Icing on cake would be a very animated, upbeat, personable therapist. Thanks!

Dr. Stanley Greenspan seems to be against meds, from what I know and he's a psychiatrist. He seems to try every other alternative first many times before going there. He's in Bethesda.
