Outdoor pool for Ward 4!

According to the paper, Council member Mary Cheh has put funds in the next DC budget for construction of an outdoor pool in Ward 3. It is only ward in the city that has not local outdoor pool. This is great news and overdue! The only question is where it practically would be located.

Sorry, typo in the topic header. The proposal is for an outdoor public swimming pool in WARD 3, Upper Northwest.
