Anyone matched at HD Cooke?

I've talked to a few people who are in for PK3 and area planning on taking the spot.

We are OOB, matched for pk4 and taking the spot. Weirdly, waitlisted at Tubman, in bounds and ranked higher than Cooke. Even if we get off that list, we'll stick with Cooke.

For PK4, Cooke opens up a new class, so all the PK4 spots are not taken by people coming through the PK3 program. Hence, there are possibilities even for out of boundary families. I don't know whether this is the case at Tubman--if not, it explains how you are successful OOB at Cooke but not IB at Tubman. I dropped by the school this morning since we are going to enroll in PK3 and it is also our voting site, and I met with the principal. She is fantastic--I think you will really like it there. Plus the facilities are amazing compared with most school (DCPS and charter) that we have toured. I look forward to meeting you next year!
