OMG. I'm so devastated. Had no idea will was gonna die. Not sure how to continue watching the show - was so hoping him and Alicia would find a way to be ok again. Such a powerful episode I felt sick after I watched it. So sad!!

How long should a spoiler alert be given, two years? I don't think spoiler alerts are necessary in any case, live TV is live TV. The OP should already realize that there is a thread on this topic already, she is not special because she just watched the episode.

+1 Um, yeah. She just saw the last episode- what else would you think this thread would be about? That other post was egregious in that it should have been WAY more specific.
